Jubilee nonexec director steps down
Copper producer Jubilee Metals has announced that Nicholas Taylor has resigned from his position as nonexecutive director, with immediate effect. Taylor, who was appointed to the board in 2020, served as chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and was a member of the Remuneration Committee. He also previously served as a member of the Safety and Sustainability Committee.
