Nathi Mthethwa’s remains arrive in KZN
President Ramaphosa is expected to render a eulogy at Mthethwa's funeral on Sunday.
The body of the late Ambassador to France Nathi Mthethwa has arrived in his home province of Kwa-Zulu-Natal (KZN).
The plane carrying his remains touched down at the King Shaka International Airport on Friday afternoon.
The use of the airport is symbolic, as King Shaka, the late Zulu King, grew up with the Mthethwa family.

From eThekwini, Mthethwa’s body will then travel to his birthplace of KwaMbonambi, later on Friday.
He will be laid to rest on Sunday with President Cyril Ramaphosa expected to deliver the eulogy.
Mthethwa died last month in France after falling from the 22nd floor of a Paris hotel.
Investigations are under way on the cause of his death.
