JSC recommends Judge Ledwaba for the Gauteng Judge President post

The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has resolved to recommend Deputy Judge president Judge Aubrey Ledwaba for the post of Judge president for the Gauteng division of the High Court.

Ledwaba, who was the only candidate for the position, was interviewed by the JSC in Sandton, Johannesburg on Tuesday.

The recommendation will be sent to President Cyril Ramaphosa who will have the final say.
